Westminster One

The Polish real estate market offers great potential, which we have been following for years. As part of the expansion of the Westminster Group, in 2020 we launched the investment fund "Westminster One NS FIZ" managed by BPS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

Westminster Polska is a 100% shareholder and the sole owner of the fund, we do not use any external financing in this project.

We are specialists in solving the complicated financial and legal situation of real estate, incl. bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, bailiff auctions, and having an instrument such as a securitization fund, we purchase mortgage debts, which, in accordance with Polish law, allows us to acquire real estate that is their security. Thanks to this process, we help those obliged to reduce their debt.
